Joe’s is seeking a strategic and experienced Director of Merchandising (women's) to lead the product strategy, range planning, and merchandising execution across both full price and off-price channels for our denim and apparel collections. This critical leadership role will drive seasonal product direction and assortment strategy while partnering closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with brand, business, and financial goals.
