Specific Responsibilities

The Graphic Designer will work on a wide array of platforms within web & social, digital & print. Projects include working on collateral such as email, web design, site banners, marketing campaigns, social media content, look books, presentations, in-store graphics, logos and branding for our west coast Centric Brands including Joe's Jeans, Hudson Jeans, Favorite Daughter and Herve Leger.

 

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Art Director to uphold and evolve brand guidelines across all touchpoints.
  • Ensuring all projects are set up for and meet all task requirements, including but not limited to correct dimensions, file formats, image resolution, and content
  • Consistently create designs that drive the visual direction for launches across all marketing touchpoints (including website, email, social & digital paid media, and print collateral), helping to grow and strengthen the brands aesthetic continually.
  • Work on concept presentations, brand books, and other brand presentations
  • Develop identity and collateral for new brand initiatives
  • Collaborate with project managers, copy, merchandisers, planning, and design to obtain relevant information and timelines for each project
  • Own projects from concept to design to production while maintaining brand standards
  • Work hand-in-hand with the Marketing team to elevate and conceptualize creative brand ideas and campaigns.
  • Employ a fluid command of typography, layout, and design in a variety of visual aesthetics
  • Have the ability to work independently and in a group environment—promoting a collaborative and creative team environment by engaging other members of the team
  • Demonstrate flexibility, organizational skills to effectively manage multiple projects/tasks of varying complexities while meeting deadlines

Skills and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design or related field
  • Proficient in Adobe platform: Photoshop, Illustrator, In-Design, Premiere Pro, Bridge, and Acrobat
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Powerpoint and Excel
  • Strong understanding of digital and print asset creation from concept to completion.
  • A strong interest in and understanding of typography in digital space
  • Strong awareness and understanding of competitor creative and concepts

Salary Range: $75,000-90,000

Base salary is a part of a total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, annual bonus and other Centric Brands sponsored benefit programs.
