Specific Responsibilities Would Include:

Joe’s Jeans is looking for a Senior Wholesale Inventory Planner who will partner with Production, Merchandising and Sales to manage demand planning activities across our men’s and women’s categories. Reporting to our VP of Planning, you’ll plan inventory levels and ensure key milestones and deliverables are successfully achieved for the division. This individual must be a self-starter and team player who takes initiative, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has strong analytical skills.

 

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Review, manage, and maintain inventory levels to optimize inventory turns and maintain customer fill rates.
  • Partner closely with production and sales teams to manage inventory opportunities and deliveries.
  • Manage and forecast the Core program and ensure demands are adjusted and met monthly
  • Analyze size scales to ensure sizing across product is well balanced and maintained.
  • Create hindsight, selling and ad-hoc reporting to support departments.
  • Consistently report on buy and inventory rollup against sales plans to advise on budget compliance
  • Analyze historical data and current trends to identify risks and opportunities by division/department and class.
  • Build and foster cross-functional relationships to achieve success of the brand and deliver on metrics
  • Problem solve and improve on business processes to create efficiency and better planning practices.

Our Best Fit Candidate Would Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role
  • SAP is a plus
  • Strong analytical skills and business acumen
  • Detail orientated and problem solver.
  • Advanced Excel skills are highly preferred.
  • Team player and collaborative
  • Ability to prioritize workload to meet changing priorities
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Resourceful and takes initiative

Salary Range: $80,000 - $105,000
