We’re looking for a bold, culturally tuned-in Brand Marketing Director to lead the charge in crafting and executing breakthrough, story-driven campaigns that elevate our brand and resonate deeply with our audience. This role is perfect for a creative marketer who knows how to blend data, intuition, and cultural insight to build marketing moments that drive both connection and conversion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate business objectives into bold, insight-driven marketing strategies that fuel brand growth and customer loyalty.
  • Conceptualize, plan, and execute 360 marketing campaigns—from ideation to launch—across digital, social, print, experiential, and influencer channels.
  • Collaborate with celebrity stylist Dani Michelle to co-create content and develop brand narratives that are expressive, style-forward, and emotionally resonant.
  • Act as the connective tissue between creative, marketing, and internal teams, overseeing photoshoots, campaign production, and asset development.
  • Lead the development of strategic creative briefs to inspire innovative thinking across all departments and creative partners.
  • Oversee the brand's social media and influencer marketing strategy, working with an Associate Marketing Manager to scale brand storytelling and grow our digital footprint.
  • Partner with internal partners and PR agency to bring integrated, high-impact campaigns to life—especially around key launches and seasonal moments.
  • Concept and execute consumer-facing experiences and events that generate buzz, drive engagement, and deepen brand love.
  • Spearhead direct mail campaigns in collaboration with agency partners, ensuring timely delivery, brand alignment, and high-performance results.
  • Own and manage the brand marketing budget, allocating spend across initiatives to maximize ROI.
  • Continuously analyze and optimize campaign performance, using data and feedback loops to inform future strategies.

Our Best Fit Candidate Would Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 5–7+ years of marketing experience, ideally with premium, lifestyle, or fashion brands
  • Proven track record of delivering innovative campaigns across multiple channels
  • Exceptional project management and cross-functional leadership skills
  • Strong visual sensibility and creative instincts
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, culturally relevant environment
  • A strategic thinker with an analytical, results-driven mindset

In return, we provide an industry-competitive salary, along with a comprehensive benefits plan (medical, dental, vision) that includes a matching 401(k), Summer Fridays, generous PTO, merchandise discounts, excellent career development opportunities, and a work environment that reflects our industry leadership.
