Specific Responsibilities Would Include:

We’re looking for a skilled Photo Retoucher to bring polished, consistent, and brand-right imagery to life across multiple fashion brands. This is a fast-paced, high-volume role that touches all categories — from ready-to-wear to accessories — with a focus on ensuring product details, fabric textures, and colors are true to life. Denim experience is a plus, as it’s an important part of our assortments. You’ll report to the Art Director and collaborate cross-functionally with Design, Merchandising, and E-Commerce to deliver assets that meet creative and commercial needs.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Retouch product, model, and campaign photography for full collection brands, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Maintain authentic texture and color of fabrics — including denim — while keeping a clean, editorial look.
  • Partner with Design and Merchandising teams to capture key product details and seasonal priorities.
  • Work with E-Commerce to meet deadlines and deliver site-ready assets.
  • Manage and organize digital assets clearly and efficiently.
  • Balance multiple brands, adapting to each brand’s unique creative standards and tone.
  • Deliver high-quality work at scale under tight deadlines.

Our Best Fit Candidate Would Have:

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of professional retouching experience, ideally in fashion or e-commerce.
  • Familiarity with various fabric types and washes, including denim, and how to represent them accurately.
  • Advanced Adobe Photoshop and Capture One skills; Lightroom a plus.
  • Strong color correction, masking, and texture preservation ability.
  • Highly organized with excellent asset management habits.
  • Able to juggle multiple priorities and brands while maintaining quality.
  • Strong communicator, collaborative with creative and business teams.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience with contemporary or luxury fashion brands.
  • Basic video editing or motion graphics.
  • Awareness of fashion and photography trends.

Salary Range: $70,000-80,000
